Someone gave me a printed copy of their templates a while ago, and I just found out that it is available online. Really great stuff. They also have templates available for InDesign. If you have InDesign, this will rock your world. At a minimum, you can replicate or recreate the components in your own way. It’s extensible, as I’ve seen a Swim Lane template available online, too, so don’t just limit this tool to your “User Experience team” which the site pitches to. These templates are an incredibly useful resource.
